Vintage Sunday

These days i was thinking a lot about vintage clothing and an iconic pieces like Chanel 2.55. Bag, Dior Trapeze dress by YSL, LBD, and so on. I was going through a wardrobe of my mother looking for something interesting i could use for my blog and i came up to this.

Ladies and gentleman, this is a beautiful Valentino Garavani mantile with fur inside and with actual Royal fur on the collar.

The interesting thing about it is that ot has been on the cover of US Vogue a decade ago.

Seeing the hottest supermodel Kate Upton on the cover of June issue of US Vogue. She is photographed by the legendary Mario Testino.
In this photo-shooting she was wearing Michael Kors wide-collar shirt and high-waisted trousers, Jill Stuart embroidered bra and Dolce&Gabbana black-and-white striped briefs, Dolce&Gabbana striped bodysuit.... and so on. 
One thing is for sure, she is too beautiful, and the clothes are amazing.

In Vogue: The Editor's eye

I love seeing Fashion documentaries. One of my favorite is "The Septemeber issue".
So now, i'm super excited about this brand new one called "In Vogue: The editor's eye". It presents one of the best Vogue editors such as: my idol Anna Wintour, Grace Coddington, Tonne Goodman,  Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele, Polly Allen Mellen, Camilla Nickerson, Phyllis Posnick and Babs Simpson.

The only bad thing about is that only American viewers can see it. However, i'll find a way to watch it.

Prepare yourself, and don't plan anything for it's release date, which is December 6, 2012.
